I was given a quote for some jewelry that I had agreed to. When it was time to finish the transaction the sales attendant informed me she miscalculated and the quote should have been $125 more than originally stated. I would have taken the lower amount and I was incredibly grateful and impressed by the character of the shop. Would definitely go there to buy future jewelry and sale other items I may have in the future.

The lady who helped us was super friendly and patient (even though I wanted to look at EVERYTHING.) We picked out three rings and got them sized, when we got them back and weren't happy with the fit they resized them no problem. They have a good selection of designer bags and rings. Very timely with the resizing. Not to mention prices that cannot be beat. Do yourself a favor and try here FIRST.

They gave me a fair price for my jewelry and were pretty dang nice too. Their collection of jewelry was also beautiful. I will be back to them anytime I have something to sell or wanna treat myself !

This place is great!!!! They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the field.I have to say i knew what i had when I walked in i totally was expecting the pawn shop hustle but it was not even close they were very honest witch is hard to come by today..... I recommend anyone wanting a fair deal and good company this is the spot!!!!! U would be crazy to go anywhere else.

I had such a wonderful experience today bringing in some gold that I had collected overtime. I wasn't expecting to get very much and was expecting to be disappointed just in case. I was so pleasantly surprised that I could watch the process of them being tested, and I will definitely be back.

This place is truly amazing. Unbelievably honest, friendly, and trust worthy. I had two small brooches backed in gold that I brought in and Arturo was amazing. The process in selling my gold was so painless and quick as well as incredibly honest and fair. There’s no reason to go anywhere else and I will be back. I expected pawn shop games but was met with the exact opposite. Couldn’t be happier with the service from jewelry banc!
